If you no longer have access to the app — for example, you've uninstalled it or lost access to the device — email support@getbloomhealth.com from the address linked to your BloomHealth account. We'll verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.
Everything tied to your account: profile and onboarding data (name, email, height, weight, goals), all manual logs (meals, weight, mood, symptoms, hydration), wearable sync data, lab reports and their extracted biomarkers, progress photos, AI chat history, and authentication records. Subscription history is retained only for the period required by tax and audit obligations (up to seven years), in line with HMRC and Apple/Google App Store rules.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. To cancel: iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → BloomHealth. Android: Google Play Store → menu → Subscriptions → BloomHealth.
